Education and certification:
- Completion of secondary education is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is an asset
- Cisco Certified Network Engineer (CCNA) and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) is required. If certification is not available at the time of recruitment, it should be obtained within 6 months
Experience:
- At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in network administration, windows operating systems and IT technical support.
- Experience in Microsoft Windows 10 is required.
- Experience in Office 365 basic administration is preferred.
- Experience in Sharepoint basic administration is preferred
- United Nations experience is an asset
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required
- Knowledge of the other UN official working language is an asset.
