Dans le cadre de la nouvelle vision de notre Bureau en République du Congo, et de la nouvelle stratégie corporative centrée sur la gestion des ressources humaines et l’appui au renforcement des capacités locales, le bureau pays s’engage à accompagner les étudiants finalistes congolais ou étrangers résidents au Congo dans leur formation. En effet, il s’agira pour le stagiaire de bénéficier d’une immersion dans l’unité dédiée à l’Administration et aux Finances du PNUD afin d’accompagner le changement organisationnel en cours.

De ce fait, des offres de stages de fin de cycle sont proposées aux étudiants répondants aux critères cités ci-dessous, afin de leur permettre de terminer leur cycle de formation et de s’intégrer dans le monde professionnel.

Education:

• State Registered Nurse Diploma with further qualification in either anesthesia/ICU/Midwifery/Theater training;
• Critical Care and Trauma Certificate;
• Certificate in Advanced Cardiac Life support;
• Computer Literacy.

Work Experience:

• A minimum of 6 years’ experience in Critical Emergency Care and administration;
• Experience in capacity development on health matters at international level is desirable;
• Prowess to produce internationally acceptable reports;
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and knowledge of another UN language is an added advantage.

Language Requirements:

• Fluency in written and spoken English and basic working knowledge in both Shona and Ndebele. Ability to speak French an added advantage

Evaluation Process

Award of the contract shall be made to the Consultant whose offer has been evaluated and determined as: Responsive/compliant/acceptable; and having received the highest score out of a pre-determined set of weighted technical and Interview criteria specific to the ToR.

• Technical Criteria weight: 70%;
• Interview Criteria weight: 30%.

Interviews will be conducted to assess the candidates selected after the technical evaluation process.

Note: Only the highest ranked candidates who have obtained a minimum of 49 points (70%) on the technical evaluation will be considered for the financial evaluation / engagement.
