Gabrielle Senft and Sydney Gregson scored two tries each as Saracens thrashed Sale Sharks 66-14 to secure a home semi-final against Harlequins.
The result ensured Sarries finished the normal campaign in second, seven points clear of their London rivals, with the teams due to meet at the StoneX Stadium on Saturday, 1 March (15:00 GMT).
Meanwhile, Leicester Tigers fell to a 24-19 home loss to Exeter Chiefs, while Loughborough Lightning edged to a 36-34 win over Trailfinders.
