Healthy Food Recipe For a Quick Meal

With the heat of the summer and the fact that we have longer days, many times we would like to eat something light as well as later in the evening. Ideally speaking, a quick easy dinner as well as an easy healthy dinner. Here is a healthy food recipe for a quick meal. Based upon one of my favorite marinades, this healthy food recipe is a quick easy dinner that can be made for 1 or more people (if you are entertaining). What I did earlier this week was prepare halibut over brown and wild rice mixed with dates and served green beans on the side. This easy healthy dinner took no time at all to make. The ingredients to use for this quick meal are: 1 portion of halibut Brown rice Wild Rice Dates Green Beans To start this quick easy dinner, marinate the halibut in a bowl of equal parts olive oil, balsamic vinegar (2 tablespoons each) and a clove or two of garlic. Coat the halibut and place the fish in the refrigerator for about two hours. In the meantime, follow the cooking instructions on the back of the packages for the wild rice and the brown rice and cook both types of rice separately. When I made this healthy food recipe, I used 1/4 cup of wild rice and 1 cup of brown rice. Once both sets of rice are cooked, mix them together and add chopped dates. Be sure you check the dates for nuts. Allow the heat of both sets of rice to warm up the chopped dates. Set the rice aside. Once the halibut is marinated, cook the fish in the oven until tender and flaky but not raw in the middle. To make this a really quick dinner, purchase freshly frozen green beans and heat them up over the stove while you are cooking the halibut. If the rice has cooled, you may want to pop it in the microwave for a few seconds to reheat it. Set the rice on your dinner plate, then place the cooked halibut on top and then the cooked green beans to the side, and there you have a quick easy dinner using a healthy food recipe. I like to save even more time cooking dinner in the summer and often will prepare my combination rice serving ahead of time and refrigerate it. I make a couple of servings and then take it out for this dish or another quick meal that I may cook during the week. I hope you find this healthy food recipe for a quick easy dinner enjoyable. What is so great about this easy healthy dinner is that it takes no time to make and is easy to clean up. Until next time, remember the Budget Bash mantra: make it simple, delicious, stylish, fun & economical to all! Source by Andrea Wyn

A Healthy Food Guide For The Vegetarian Diet

The general viewpoint is that you can’t go wrong with a vegetarian diet; it is nutrient rich with plenty of fiber, vitamins and antioxidants. But did you know that vegetarian diets can be low in protein if adequate beans, lentils, and/or dairy are not included? For example, a vegetarian meal that only consists of a leafy green salad with a side of whole grain bread is low in protein. Adding beans to the leafy green salad, a side of lentil soup, and/or a serving of non-fat milk or yogurt are easy ways to include protein in the meal. Also, eating the same lettuce salad for lunch every day can also mean that your diet lacks variety. Eating a variety of vegetables and fruits ensures that you are getting different nutrients from naturals foods on a regular basis. Whether you are eating at home or in a restaurant, there are websites with free tools that you can use to look up the nutrition data of foods and recipes. Most free nutrition databases that are available online, provide the calorie, carbohydrate, protein, and fat content of foods. They may also include additional nutrition information of food like dietary fiber, cholesterol, and sodium content. The field of nutrition is continuously evolving due to extensive scientific research that is conducted globally. Board certified nutrition professionals are required to continuously update their knowledge and skills based on the results of the latest scientific research. Stay current with dietary recommendations by reading nutrition tips provided by qualified experts; avoid the yo-yo effects of fad diets and miracle foods. Qualified nutrition professionals with specializations in chronic health diseases, food allergies, dietary restrictions or ethnic diets may also offer support via personalized diet consultations and advice. Many Indians follow a vegetarian diet that also includes eggs, and dairy products like milk, yogurt, buttermilk, cheese, and butter. Most savory Indian snack foods tend to be deep fried while desserts are made with ghee (clarified butter). Moderation is important as both the snacks and desserts are high in fat. There are very few free online food databases that provide accurate Indian cuisine nutrition facts or a protein content food list for ethnic cuisine. Working with a qualified nutrition professional who is also knowledgeable in ethnic dietary restrictions helps with the creation of appropriate meal plans and diet modifications that work for your lifestyle and health requirements. Whether it is heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, pregnancy, or weight loss, utilize the services offered by qualified nutrition experts to meet your health goals. Source by Seetha N

Weight Loss Program Diet Tips – How to Create Healthy Food Cravings

Why do we crave unhealthy foods? A healthy weight loss diet program often becomes a battleground between our desire to lose weight quickly, and snack cravings based on unhealthy food choices. We may not be what we eat, but research indicates that we desire the foods that we have grown accustomed to eating, so you could say that we crave what we eat. If you have created a pattern of eating ice cream for pleasure or when under stress, it should be no surprise that you will have a hankering for ice cream under the right conditions. Pavlov’s Dog, by any other name, is still Pavlov’s Dog. But if we have, in effect, trained ourselves to want unhealthy snacks or foods, the reverse may also be true: we can train ourselves to crave healthy snacks and food. If we can do this, a bland tasting weight loss supplement could become just as desirable as a sweet roll. I never craved coffee until I started drinking it. The same goes for double chocolate chip ice cream. The taste for coffee and chocolate must be learned through exposure to these foods and their flavors. If people who live in more primitive cultures in the jungle can have a hankering to snack on creepy-crawly insects unique to their habitat, surely we can develop our own desire for a decent, healthy snack, healthy fast food, and healthy food recipe choices when preparing meals. So how do we re-program ourselves to turn a craving for sweets into something on the healthy food list? To quote a line from a movie, “Build it and they will come.” In this case, if we build the habit of making healthy food choices at meal and snack time, we will begin to want those foods instead of the ones we’ve given up. There is a lot of pleasure associated with these snacking experiences, and most of us are reluctant to give them up. But if we can get ourselves to substitute some simple healthy food and snack recipes, we can train our mental and physical taste buds to desire them, and a new pleasure-association will be formed around the new healthy food choice or recipe. Recent research has proven this. The results showed that new cravings can be formed to replace old ones, even though the new ones are based on bland, healthy foods, and the original ones were the tried and true fat and sugar tasty delights. The best news? It may only require one week to do it. I’ve addressed some healthy snack ideas to use for re-training our cravings in another article. (It contains healthy snack ideas that also apply to children.) For now, I’ll give just a few examples of healthy snack food substitutions. If you don’t want such a jolt to your taste buds right out of the gate, you can make it a two-step process in some cases. For example, when the seemingly uncontrollable urge for chocolate ice cream hits, instead have a coffee cup or glass of Chocolate Ovaltine and milk. Ovaltine is not like the junky chocolate milk mixes pitched to kids. Think of it instead as a healthy fast food snack. It contains vitamins and minerals, and if you use one or two tablespoons instead of the recommended four, not too much sugar. Step two: Purchase a good chocolate flavored whey protein mix from your local health food supplier (or the flavor of your choice) and use it instead of the Ovaltine. These protein supplements are not anything like they used to be. In the past, they would NOT mix without a blender, and they tasted pretty bad. Not so anymore. They mix quickly by simply stirring or shaking, and the flavors are quite good. Trust me. Now you’ve turned a fat and sugar ice cream binge into a healthy fast food choice: a protein supplement! In addition, it’s far more filling and satisfying. You won’t be tempted to eat anything as quickly as you would if you had succumbed and eaten ice cream. Don’t think this will work? Well, I can vouch for it personally, and tests done on regular everyday people like us have proven the same. In fact, it worked when very bland but healthy food recipes and snack substitutes were used instead of the usual tasty treats, and in only a week’s time. People actually craved the bland tasting healthy snack food in preference to their old unhealthy treats. Go ahead and give it a try. You’ll be craving healthy foods and snacks in no time. Can You Get Him Back Using Reverse Psychology?

While there are many ways of getting your ex back perhaps one that you feel holds the most promise might be by using reverse psychology on him. You have tried just about everything else under the sun to get him to change his mind and the thought of using reverse psychology might seem like the perfect plan to get him back What Is It? – Reverse psychology is simply telling someone that you want the opposite of what you really desire in hopes of getting them to do the reverse. This technique is often used by parents on rebellious children and since your ex is acting like a big baby you might think that this is the perfect solution to your problem. What you would do is to tell your ex or make him believe that you really don’t want him anymore in hopes that he will do the opposite of what a normal reaction would be… that is for him to go away. So if he is being defiant and pulling away from you the reverse would be that he would want to get close to you. As you can probably see, this technique might work on small children who are misbehaving in a grocery store but for a guy that can come and go as he pleases, the chances for success are slim. As a matter of fact, you might find that your ex actually calls your bluff and goes out and finds someone else while telling you that he didn’t think you cared anyhow. What Works – So, what will work in helping you to get your ex back? While psychological techniques are a very powerful way to get him back, reverse psychology in general will often blow up in your face. You have to remember that right now your ex isn’t feeling love, devotion, want, need and desire for you so by taking your love away from him you aren’t really tweaking anything. You aren’t motivating him or moving him emotionally. But what if you could get him to fall in love with you again or feel an intense desire to get back together with you? That is what using male psychology is all about and you really can’t beat him over the head with this stuff. In order for your psychological techniques to be effective you are going to have to be subtle. Right now he knows that you want to get back together with him so anything and everything that you do is suspect. Often a cooling off period is necessary before you start to get to work at getting him back. Allowing the dust to settle and for him to begin to let his guard down will make getting him back so much easier and quicker in the long run. Subtle psychological tricks and by messing with his emotions using male psychology you can not only change your ex’s mind about your breakup but have him wanting you more than he ever has before. After all, aren’t psychological techniques what governments find most successful in making enemies talk and even to get grown men to turn their back on their own country. What makes you think that it would really be difficult for you to use male psychology to get your ex to change his mind and come back to you? Source by Cory Jean

An Interesting Introduction to Psychology – Individual-Self-Psychology

Countertransference occurs when the therapist projects their emotions, thoughts, and wishes from the past onto the client’s personality, or some other material the client is presenting, thus expressing unresolved conflicts and/or gratifying their own personal needs. In psychoanalytic terms, a client experiences catharsis when the recall of unconscious material leads to emotional release, while insight occurs when connections are made between current behaviors and unconscious material. Interpretation is a psychoanalytic technique that serves the purpose of gradually increasing a client’s insight into the reasons underlying current feelings and behavior. From a psychoanalytic perspective, a client who reports they have been thinking about problems outside of therapy indicates a good working alliance has been established. Adler’s Individual Psychology personality theory and approach to therapy stresses the unity of the individual and the belief that behavior is purposeful and goal-directed. Therapy focuses on exploring lifestyle determinants, including family atmosphere, distorted beliefs and attitudes, and birth order. Adler posited that Feelings of inferiority (also called “inferiority complexes”) motivated growth, domination, and striving for superiority. Another term Adler used instead of inferiority complex is Masculine Protest. According to Adler, if an inferiority complex develops a connection with a specific part of the body, it is called Organ Inferiority. Adler believed children developed “compensatory behavior patterns” to defend against their feelings of inferiority. which he referred to as Style of Life. The most significant difference between Freudian and neo-Freudian therapists is that Neo-Freudians more heavily emphasize socio-cultural determinants of personality. Horney defined basic anxiety as feelings of helplessness and isolation in a hostile world, and believed it was caused by certain parental behaviors (e.g., indifference, overprotection, rejection). According to Horney, the 3 modes of relating to others that children use to defend against basic anxiety are: Movement toward others, movement against others, and movement away from others. Sullivan posited 3 modes of cognitive experience he believed played a role in personality development. The prototaxic mode involves discreet, unconnected momentary states and refers to experiences before language symbols are used; in the parataxic mode, people see causal connections between events that are not actually related using private (autistic) symbols; and the syntaxic mode involves logical, sequential, and consistent thinking, and underlies language acquisition. According to Sullivan, neurotic behavior is caused by parataxic distortion, which is characterized by a person dealing with others as if they were significant people from their past (similar to transference). Fromm, who was interested in the role society plays in preventing people from realizing their true nature, identified the receptive, the exploitative, the hoarding, the marketing, and the productive (the only one that permits a person to realize their true nature) as that 5 character styles adopted by a person in response to societal demands. The main difference between Freudian Psychoanalysis and Ego-Analysis is that Ego-analysis places greater emphasis on the role of the ego, as opposed to the id, in personality development. From the perspective of the ego-analysts, pathology occurs when the ego loses its autonomy from the id. Psychologists who primarily emphasize the impact of early relationships on personality development and view maladaptive behavior as the result of abnormalities in early relationships use Object-Relations Theory approach to psychotherapy. Margaret Mahler, an Object-Relations theorist and therapist, is most noted for her study of Separation-individuation, which is the process by which internal representations of the self and others are formed. In Object Relations Theory, Object Introject is the mental representation of a person that, when inappropriately developed, leads to pathology. Splitting is the Object-Relations term used to describe a person’s tendency to separate object-representations into good and bad, usually leading to aggressive feelings, irrational thinking, and poorly regulated behaviors. Self-Psychology (Kohut) is the therapeutic approach refers to normal narcissism as a child’s natural self-love and views pathology as stemming from consistent un-empathic parental responses during childhood. According to Self-Psychology, a child develops a protective Grandiose self when their narcissism is inevitably undermined by parental failure to satisfy all needs. Source by Herb Leibacher

Terrorism – The Murderer’s Psychology

After continuing Carl Jung’s research in the unknown region of the psychic sphere, I discovered that the unconscious that produces dreams is wise and saintly, while there is a wild conscience in the human psychic sphere that causes craziness to the human conscience. Jung didn’t see everything that I saw because I trusted the wise unconscious, whereas he was afraid of it. He believed that the unconscious could bring craziness to the human conscience, besides trying to help it become completely developed. His conclusion was contradictory but he was afraid to continue looking for answers, so he decided to stop, which was a very wise solution for him, with the knowledge he possessed in his time. I could continue his research after exactly following his steps and I can therefore explain to the scientific world about the psychology of the murderer, the crazy terrorist who tortures and kills his victims. The murderer is completely dominated by the wild side of his psychic sphere, which means that he or she is a wild, cruel and evil animal without feelings. This person feels pleasure in terror and finds calmness in despair. This nature is demoniac: this person is very dangerous and violent. However, these people are very good actors and pretend that they are humans… This is another point the psychologists missed out for so many years and this is why they could not understand the unique possible cure for schizophrenia and psychosis. The crazy murderer is a very good actor! This person is a hypocrite without dignity who works like a common human being in many points, to reveal his or her evil nature in only a few moments and only to a few people: to the victims. The actor has to lose one’s mask in order to be cured from craziness and stop being a murderer, but one never agrees to do so. This is a very painful surgical operation in the psychic sphere. Therefore, we must pay attention to any sign of craziness that may appear in our behaviour and treat our psyche before it is too late. We must pay attention to every point of everyone’s behaviour if we wish to understand who he or she really is at all times. The point for humanity that is afraid of terrorism and doesn’t know how to give an end to its existence is psychotherapy for everyone from the first days of their lives. In the beginning of their adolescence, everyone should learn how to interpret their dreams with the correct scientific method and thus prevent depression, craziness and suicidal tendencies before they have the chance to appear in their human conscience. Terrorists can be cured, but their psychotherapy is very long and painful, especially because they never cooperate with their doctor. Our world can be corrected and reconstructed after the terrorist’s destruction, but the terror victims cannot recuperate their self-confidence after suffering a terrorist attack. We must put an end to terror and violence forever by teaching and curing the new generations before the craziness inherent in their psychic sphere has the chance to invade the conscious part. After the invasion and destruction of the human conscience, there is only a monster without feelings left in place of the human being. Without a human conscience, the human being is a crazy terrorist. If we wish to put an end to terrorism forever, we have to teach the truth to our children and help them build a better world in the future. Today, we cannot simply eliminate terror from our world and we never will if we are not serious. As urgent actions are required to put an end to the continuation of the terrible situation of humanity that is constantly threatened by terrorism, we must adopt a very serious attitude and completely transform the way our world functions. We must also provide the basic conditions of life to everyone and teach them how to fight craziness; otherwise, the same routine will occur continuously and we will never put an end to our despair. We must combat terrorism before it appears and also while it is governing our world, with the unconscious’ wisdom and with our work. Source by Christina Sponias

Color Psychology – The Perceptions and the Realities

In 1666, Sir Isaac Newton discovered that when a beam of White light passes through a Prism, it scatters into a Spectrum of seven colors, which cannot be further sub-divided. This Spectrum gave us colors, which are a riot among artists. Every color has its own effect and universal meaning on the minds of different individuals. This exploratory aspect of colors vis-à-vis our emotional state is called Color Psychology. In the Color Spectrum, the colors in the Red Zone are called Warm Colors, for example, Yellow, Red, and Orange. The Warm Colors reflect emotions such as, the feelings of comfort warmth, & affection, to the feelings of hostility and anger. The colors in the Blue Zone of the Spectrum are on the other hand, described as Cool Colors. This side of spectrum includes colors such as, Blue, Green, and Purple. They evoke the feelings of calmness and even indifference & sadness. Cultures also affect human psychology, which in turn devise their own connotation vis-à-vis colors. Different colors have different meanings in different cultures. Over the years however, with changing values and beliefs, the meaning of colors changed. The researchers developed some standard meanings of colors, and the following seem to be the most accurate: o Red. It is the most intense color that stimulates breathing, and increases heartbeat. This color always attracts attention and is therefore, mostly used in decorations. Red however may not represent confrontations and negotiations. o Green. The human eye can distinguish Green color very easily. Green symbolizes nature. It helps in relaxing & refreshing the mind, and the body. This in turn improves eyesight and calms down the mind. For instance, hospitals use Green color often, as it as it relaxes patients. Offices have greenery as an integral part of their interiors to keep the employees charged up. Artists generally relax in ‘Green Rooms’ before their performance. o Blue. Blue is one of the most popular colors. It is peaceful and produces calming chemicals in the human body. It symbolizes loyalty, so it is recommended to wear a Blue dress for any interview. People in Blue Rooms are more productive. For instance, it has been proven that weightlifters can handle more weights than the usual in gyms with Blue walls. Higher or deeper tones of it however, may also be depressing and cold. Blue reflects truthfulness, unity, and harmony. o Yellow. This color grabs attention easily. It speeds up Metabolism. Yellow improves concentration, but can be overpowering if it is overused. In the Middle Ages however, it was believed that Yellow reflects the devil. It was the color of mourning in Egypt. o Brown. This is the color of Earth. It reflects reliability and genuineness. It is abundant in nature and can be wistful and sad. o Purple. Purple signifies wealth, luxury, royalty, and romance. It was the favorite color of the Queen Cleopatra of Egypt. Purple is however, considered to be the color of mourning in Thailand. o White. White is a simmer color and reflects purity, peace, freedom, and innocence. It symbolizes sterility and is therefore, used in hospitals. In India, White symbolizes death and mourning. o Black. This is the color of power and authority and is the most common color. It symbolizes submission and is used by priests. Black can also however be overpowering and implies evil. Color Psychology has such strong presence that colors are used for alluded treatment as well, a field called Chromotherapy. Chromotherapy, referred to as Colorology or Light Therapy, was practiced by various ancient cultures especially, Chinese, Egyptians, and Indians. The civilizations of these countries used this Therapy through various colors to heal the body. Some key colors used in this treatment are: o Red. Increases Blood Circulation, thereby stimulating Mind and Body. o Yellow. Used as Blood Purifier and stimulates Nerves. o Orange. It helps increase energy and heals Lungs. o Blue. Reduces pain and soothes illness. o Indigo. It helps treat Skin problems. As mentioned above, Color Psychology often varies with place, time, culture, and mentality. For instance, White, in India is considered as a color of mourning and death, while Red symbolizes fertility. In China however, Red color is used for luck and prosperity. Whatever be the case, studies suggest that the colors mostly have a positive effect on Psychology, rather than negative. Controversies however always surrounded Arts and they continue to do so here too. According to many Psychologists, Chromotherapy was exaggerated. They believed that there is no solid scientific proof of the effects of different colors on human Psychology. Many more Theorists gave their thoughts on the subject, but mostly contradicted each other. It is however, overall seen that a particular color may have different effects on the people of different age groups, even if they are of same culture. All said and done, the field of Color Psychology is still immature and there is a lot left to explore in it. Source by Annette Labedzki

The Psychology of Genius

On the power of genius and the need to develop practical psychological models and solutions to nurture geniuses. I’ve written a lot about the creative genius already. However the psychological profile of geniuses needs a separate discussion because it is very interesting and the traits or attributes of genius are so unique that they need proper identification and delineation. Genius is marked by high levels of intelligence, an intelligence quotient IQ score above 145, exceptionally high levels of independence and high levels of creativity. Most profound geniuses are very independent in their thinking, highly creative and have very high levels of intelligence. A genius is usually defined by these primary attributes of intelligence, creativity and independence. There are however some distinct attributes that differentiate the genius from the other humans. Genius and Personality: Geniuses have unique personalities and attributes. They are the rule-breakers, system-busters, world changers, visionaries and pioneers. In societies where the geniuses are recognized and appreciated, they have better opportunities of utilizing their talents. But geniuses in less developed societies or say in conflict zones, may not have the right kind of opportunities and may tend to withdraw and some may become depressed, schizophrenic or develop other types of mental illness. Without the right kind of opportunities and channels, some may become antisocials and criminals. The genius personality is unique and they are usually very withdrawn and quiet or very outgoing and socially smart. Some geniuses may oscillate between being very withdrawn to being very social. Some writers, artists, innovators, creative geniuses may be prolific in their abilities and creative output but may be very quiet or silent in social situations and some may avoid all kinds of social interaction. Geniuses usually have very conspicuous leadership abilities, they will say things you will remember forever and they tend to have forceful and impactful personalities that you can’t miss and can’t ignore. Even the quiet ones will have an impact in their social interactions. Most geniuses, even the very quiet types are also significantly strong-willed, determined and a tad obsessive. Genius and Power: Geniuses are very powerful and impressive, because they are confident of their abilities. They are sure of their qualities, they know they can influence and have a definite impact on people. They attract people with their brilliance and everyone is attracted to a genius. They are like social magnets. Geniuses are also highly intuitive and perceptive, so they understand people, they predict responses and reactions and are able to see through people’s motives. This keen psychological understanding of people is what makes the genius so powerful. Even the most socially withdrawn geniuses are super psychics and understand people very well. They simply know and understand apparently unexplainable stuff and since they are able predict responses, they know how to deal with people and situations. If a person of average intelligence comes up with five possible scenarios and options, geniuses will come up with 50 different possibilities. This ability to see all angles of a situation, makes them powerful because they can foresee and handle situations better. Geniuses can easily gauge the strengths and weaknesses of people so it’s easier for them to spot talents and understand who they could rely on for specific tasks. Geniuses are also more knowledgeable and as several philosophers have said and Bertrand Russell has reemphasized that, “Knowledge is Power”. Genius and Sexuality: All geniuses are oversexed. Period. Sex drives and libido or life force is what drives the genius. The sex drive gives them their ambitions and inspire them to do what they want to do and many geniuses achieve extraordinary feats because of their life force or proper channeling of their sex drive. Some like Newton may get scared of the sex drive and try to suppress it and others like Picasso will openly flaunt it, but all geniuses are constantly haunted and tormented by their sexual desires. Geniuses do have an equally potent self-control alongside their explosive sexuality, so the self-control helps them to channel their desires to more constructive and creative pursuits. Some may take the route of denying or rejecting their sexuality as a kind of personal challenge and remain celibate for long periods of time. Research studies have indicated that most people of high intelligence stick to few sexual partners in their lifetimes. Some geniuses may consider themselves spiritually, intellectually or morally superior to have sex with the lesser mortals, so there is a level of pride and high self-esteem involved in the practice of celibacy. Geniuses are also more strongly mentally androgynous, they don’t have typical male or female traits and do not relate to typical gender issues, so there is a level of sexual confusion. Some like van Gogh may engage in several unsuccessful heterosexual or homosexual relationships. Many geniuses become gay, asexual or engage in forms of alternative sexuality. Oscar Wilde, Leonardo da Vinci are geniuses who were possibly more comfortable with their homosexual side of their androgynous personality. Many are bisexual, although some geniuses come to terms with their androgyny and practice socially acceptable forms of sexuality like heterosexual behavior and marry and have families and so on. Yet, deviant sexual behaviors such as celibacy, bisexuality, homosexuality, alternative sexuality are very common among geniuses. Genius and Creativity: Genius is characterized by insatiable curiosity about everything, followed by the need to gain knowledge in many different spheres. They may be highly technical, may focus on one subject like computer science although many geniuses are interested in multiple subjects, and are multifaceted, multitaskers, and talented or gifted in many areas. They have this magical or supernatural ability to do many things very well. Some may focus on one field and become immensely productive in that specific field. The high level of creativity as seen in genius is usually a product of knowledge, imagination, independence and intelligence. Since genius is motivated by curiosity and have vast knowledge, this knowledge is then used along with imagination to give them unique and great ideas. One ingredient
